Spring Training...
Barry Bonds didn't join the USA Team in the World Baseball Classic, but he is still getting some Spring Training in for the upcoming season. I hear he eats a lot of meals in between workouts and also drinks protein shakes after workouts. Good workout tip!

Surmising...love it! Bring on the vocabulary! There is a funny ESPN commercial about the announcer using big words and then got busted for using a thesaraus. It is hilarious! It basically ties it with cheating using roids, except here he uses a thesaraus.
