I don't have a lot of time to write because I am going to eat Salmon with John, Katrina and Kaleb in DC.  However, we went to Indian Lake (shown here), Elk Lake, and Ft Cobb Lake on the boat for a day.  They were all great and it was a beautiful time back at home. But that was 4 months ago. Over the past 8 days I have had two days of rest.  The other 6 days I covered 60 miles of running.  That's an average of about 10 miles each day of training. I just got done running 18 miles for my long run.
